iTrip is an online travel company that provides hotel accommodations, airline tickets and packaged tours. Before the system launch, There were no built-in convenient services. The company wants to continuously improve their customer service efficiency and enhance their profitability. Our team, in order to meet business objectives, realized the need for an entire platform of ordering, automatic information, online payment, and back office management.

Summary
On September 24, 2020, the 1st anniversary of the public cloud technology (ics.itools.mn), launched in cooperation with Itools, was celebrated. We would like to thank you for creating the first cloud infrastructure in Mongolia over the past year, for deploying and testing the core systems for a wide range of customers, and for successfully installing the basic cloud infrastructure. During the event, we also introduced our latest Private cloud solutions. As of December 10, 2021, the National Cloud System IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS are three types of cloud computing models that provide users with wide area network (WAN) services. The national cloud system currently has more than 350 organizations as customers.

ESAN - National Electronic Library is an integrated knowledge resources system that provides full-text articles including journals, dissertations, newspapers, read books and scientific works, etc... Their current structure was on-premise and it could not handle more than 500 concurrent requests. There was a capacity to digitize 130 million pages to over. It was not possible to host 15+ universities and 30+ institutions to over 10,000 students load on-premise services. they typically placed our resources and service on a single server before. Our team, in order to solve the Insufficient Resouce problem, realized the need for migrating to the Cloud.
